Winter 1943 turn:
The Allies have all their air forces committed to the offensive in Italy, so Berlin is
spared bombing. The U-boats again have nothing to torpedo since the Brits have yet to lose
a unit in the war. With the Soviet air unit having been destroyed again, the one German
air unit in range of Moscow bombs, but fails to eliminate a replacement.
The Germans replace the 3rd panzer army, and the air unit lost on the eastern front. The
Soviets rebuild their air force again, also the tank army they lost.
Comments: The Soviet Union is too strong to defeat now, and the Germans must begin pulling
forces back to defend the Reich from the impending Allied attack in the west. Italy is
under siege. American war material is pouring into the UK. The Axis will be on the
defensive for the remainder of the war.
