Sauron Turn
Sauron spends 9 magic points to give the Beast of Mordor magic armor, making it invulnerable to all attacks for the rest of the game, except by Alliance leaders wielding magic weapons. Sauron now sends the Trolls and the Beast into battle, but only succeed in retreating a single Elf unit.
Alliance Turn
The Alliance army turns on the trolls first, annihilating one unit and disrupting the other two. This leaves the Beast as the only remaining effective Sauron unit.
