Game Turn 5
Game turns 2 through 6 are "night" turns, during which
Sauron units are "fanatical" and automatically cause casualties when attacking.
Sauron Turn
The Lord of the Nazgul spends one magic point to activate
gate-crasher Grond, which with its first stroke shatters the
main gate of Minas Tirith, shaking the morale of the garrison.
All three catapults begin hurling severed heads into the city,
spreading despair among the defenders.
The invading orcs are now into the third level of the city, but
no
level has yet been cleared as garrison units are still holding out
in areas that have not been reached thus far by the attackers.
Westernesse Turn
Inside Minas Tirith, a group of orcs scaling a tower is shot to pieces by the catapult defending it.
In another part of the city, a cornered cavalry contingent
ineffectively charges the invading orcs.
The catapult in the tower fires at the other orc unit but can't
find the range.
